George Strait Adds Additional ‘Strait To Vegas’ Shows

George Strait’s time in Las Vegas is nowhere near over as the King of Country Music has added more dates to his calendar. The Texas native will return to Sin City on December 3 & 4, and again on February 11 & 12 for two more back-to-back show weekends.
December’s shows will feature special guest Caitlyn Smith and February’s will include Tenille Townes.
The announcement comes fresh off the heels of Strait’s 30th Strait to Vegas shows, which happened over the weekend on August 13 & 14.
Thousands of fans got to enjoy this weekend’s back-to-back shows and among them was fellow superstar and Texas native Kelly Clarkson, who posted her excitement about seeing the “Marina Del Rey” singer live in concert.
“Y’all, run, don’t walk to any George Strait show coming to a venue near you! He is still the #GOAT ❤️,” she wrote on Instagram.
In addition to his upcoming Strait to Vegas shows, the singer will headline both weekends of Austin City Limits Music Festival on October 1 and 8. He’ll then take the stage at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium alongside Eric Church on November 5 for The King & The Chief iteration of ATLive Festival. Other dates include November 13 at the Minneapolis U.S. Bank Stadium and March 20, 2022 at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Tickets for the December and February Strait To Vegas shows will go on sale Friday, August 27 at 10 a.m. PT on axs.com, with pre-sale tickets beginning Wednesday, August 25.
