‘Girl Crush’ Named Best Country Song at GRAMMY Awards

It’s two for two with Little Big Town’s smash hit, “Girl Crush.” Songwriters Hillary Lindsey, Lori McKenna & Liz Rose were awarded the GRAMMY for Best Country Song during the GRAMMYs pre-telecast, which aired online prior to tonight’s big show.

The song went up against some stiff competition. Also nominated was Lee Ann Womack’s “Chances Are,” Tim McGraw’s “Diamond Rings and Old Barstools,” Brandy Clark’s “Hold My Hand” and Chris Stapleton’s “Traveller.”

“Girl Crush” was performed by GRAMMY-winners Little Big Town, who took home the GRAMMY for Best Country Group/Duo Performance during the pre-telecast ceremony.

Watch Little Big Town perform the hit song during tonight’s telecast on CBS.
