Gwen Stefani made history tonight by broadcasting and taping a live music video during The 58th Annual GRAMMY Awards.

The music video was for her brand new single, “Make Me Like You,” and was acted out, filmed, and broadcast live during a four-minute commercial break on CBS.

During the clip, Stefani changed clothes multiple times, tipped a hat to the tabloids by poking fun at an outrageous magazine headline, and even spent some time roller skating, proving she’s woman of many talents!

At one point during the live music video, Stefani, 46, gave a subtle shout-out to her boyfriend, Blake Shelton, 39, by naming the bar in the scene “Blake’s.”

Many fans believe that Stefani actually wrote “Make Me Like You” for Shelton. With lyrics like “I was fine before I met you / I was broken but fine / I was lost and uncertain / But my heart was still mine / I was free before I met you / I was broken but free / All alone in the clear view / But now you are all I see,” it’s difficult to deny that the song is about Shelton.

The pair celebrated their first Valentine’s Day together by making their red carpet debut at the Clive Davis re-GRAMMY party in L.A. on Sunday (Feb. 14).
