Hailey Whitters Announces First-Ever Headline Tour

Just a week after scoring her first Grammy nomination, rising star Hailey Whitters is marking another milestone with the announcement of a headline tour. Set for 2022, The Heartland Tour will be Whitters’ bill-topping debut.

Kicking off February 4 in her native Iowa, Whitters’ Heartland Tour will feature almost 30 dates across the nation, including highlight stops in Chicago, New York and Philadelphia, plus a few shows with Jon Pardi and even a trip across the pond, with dates scheduled in Europe for the C2C: Country To Country Festival.

Other featured dates include appearances at Stagecoach Festival and Tortuga Music Festival, and the “Fillin’ My Cup (feat. Little Big Town)” riser is currently wrapping up dates on Midland’s The Last Resort Tour. With waves of critical acclaim and new recognition from the Recording Academy propelling the move, Whitters says she’s been working toward this moment her whole life.

“I’ve been dreaming about one day playing my own headlining tour since the early days of cover bar gigs and graveyard shifts in a 15-passenger van,” she says. “It’s been a long road comin’ and I’ve been fortunate enough to have folks like Midland, Luke Combs, and Maren Morris bring me on their tours and give me 30 minutes to play and introduce myself to their fans in some bucket list venues across the country. I’m so excited to get to now play my own headlining set for fans and give back all that they’ve given me while chasing this dream. They’re the reason I get to do this and I hope to create an experience and a night they won’t ever forget. I’m playing some of my favorite cities and looking forward to seeing a lot of familiar faces.”

Just before Thanksgiving, Whitters earned her first-ever Grammy nomination for Song of the Year for “A Beautiful Noise,” which was co-written by Whitters with Ruby Amanfu, Brandi Carlile, Brandy Clark, Alicia Keys, Hillary Lindsey, Lori McKenna and Linda Perry, and performed by Carlile with Alicia Keys. 

Tickets for The Heartland Tour go on sale to the general public Friday (December 3), with a Spotify presale set for tomorrow (December 1) and The Heartlanders fan club members getting first crack starting today (November 30) at 10 a.m. local time.
