Hayden Panettiere Shares Family Photo Following Break-Up Rumors
After rumors of a break-up starting swirling, Hayden Panettiere is speaking out about the current state of her engagement.
Actress Hayden Panettiere is putting the rumor mills to rest. After numerous outlets reported that her relationship with fiancé, Wladimir Klitschko, may be on the rocks, the Nashville star took to Twitter to set the record straight.
“Missing rings don’t mean the end of relationships,” she said on Twitter with a photo of her family. “Blessed to be with my beautiful family.”
Rumors started swirling when Panettiere was spotted reading a book in New York City without her engagement ring. The missing token prompted many to think she and the Ukrainian boxing champ had split.
The actress and Klitschko began dating in 2009 but parted ways in 2011. The couple reconciled two years later and were engaged in October that year. They are parents to 18-month-old daughter Kaya, who was born in December 2014.
In May, Panettiere sought additional treatment for post-partum depression, which she has been suffering from since giving birth to Kaya.
Though currently in New York, Panettiere will soon return to Music City to resume filming of the hit show Nashville. The show will pick up for season five on CMT.
