Austin Brown, Rob Lundquist, Adam Rupp, Tim Foust, and Adam Chance of Home Free have always been loving family men. The quintet spend much of their year out on the road touring, but when they are home, time is all about their families. As they look forward to the Christmas season with their loved ones, the group has shared a collection of photos from their childhoods with Sounds Like Nashville, so that we can share them with all of you!

What's one of your most memorable Christmases: “Honestly, last Christmas. Both of my kids were old enough to understand what was going on, and seeing how excited they were that Santa came and brought them presents is one of my favorite memories ever."

On the best gift he ever received: “The best gift I ever received was a piano!”

What's one of your most memorable Christmases: “My first Christmas with my wife.”

On the best gift he ever received: “When I was 10 years old, Santa left me a Remington 870 express 12-gauge pump. My father (who later revealed to me he won it in a raffle) wouldn’t let me shoot it until I was 12. Needless to say, on my 12th birthday, I took it out and promptly bruised my shoulder.”

What does Christmas mean to you as an adult: “Christmas as an adult is mostly about seeing family, friends and loved ones you don't often get to the rest of the year – That and food. Lots and lots of food.”

On the best gift he ever received: “That is too hard to think of. My folks were always great at giving presents to my sister and me. But there is one, in particular, that stands out in my memory – I remember getting the original Nintendo NES gaming console. I was so stoked to play Mario and Duck Hunt...”

What does Christmas mean to you as an adult: “Christmas is still so magical, and it combines three of my favorite things - family, food and festivity.”

On the best gift he ever received: “A Nintendo entertainment system, hands down… And when it comes to my gift giving abilities, one year, I gave my wife tickets to a Michael Bublé concert. Scored a lot of points with that one!”

What's one of your most memorable Christmases: “The first Christmas after my grandmother passed was a sobering and emotional experience for all of us in my family. With that said, that experience is what bore the title track of this album. Growing through that major change has really taught me what Christmas is all about."

What does Christmas mean to you as an adult: "It means getting to spend quality time with my family. We are typically touring from Thanksgiving to Christmas, so I’m usually very ready to take some time off and hang with the people I love and have missed. I’ve never been one to get overly excited about much, but my wife and kids get so excited for Christmas, and that makes me want to do everything I can to make it special for them."

On his most memorable Christmas: “No particular Christmas comes to mind, but rather a recurring tradition: My mom, sister and I would always open up one present on Christmas Eve. Then we would turn off all the lights, except the ones on the Christmas tree, listen to Christmas music and just enjoy being together. It remains my fondest memory.”

What does Christmas mean to you as an adult: “At Christmas, I remember my grandma and how happy she was to see the entire family together. Each year, through the stresses of everyday life, I try and focus on keeping that feeling alive, with her memory in mind.”
