Home Free Party at the Lake In ‘Good Ol’ Boy Good Time’ Video

Home Free have released the video for their feel-good song “Good Ol’ Boy Good Time” just in time for Memorial Day. Filmed in Tifton, Ga., the video is the perfect summertime setting filled with fishing, BBQs and bonfires.

The opening clip shows the band getting off the tour bus and heading to the lake. Many of the actors in the video are made up of high tenor Austin Brown’s friends and family. Visibly at ease together, his friends and family can be seen dancing with each other by the water while enjoying typical summer activities.

“This was definitely one of the most fun videos we’ve ever done,” Brown says in a press release. “I was so excited to have the shoot in my hometown surrounded by the people I’ve known all my life. It was like a giant reunion, and I loved getting to have my family host our Home Free road family. I hope everyone has as much fun watching it as we did making it!”

“Good Ol’ Boy Good Time” is one of four Home Free originals on their latest studio album, Timeless. The song was penned by Jim McCormick and Mark Nesler. While the quintet is seen at ease by the lake, they’ll be kicking things into gear in June with several high profile performance.

On June 10, they’ll perform during CMA Fest at the Chevrolet Riverfront Stage and on June 21 they’ll join the Oak Ridge Boys at the Pinewood Bowl Theater in Lincoln, Neb.
