How Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles Stays Fit
“I exercise five to six days a week,” Nettles tells People.
She also told the mag that she practices Para Yoga with instructor Rod Stryker (who often comes out on the road with the band), and starts everyday off with Fage yogurt and fresh fruit.
“When I'm home I try to do my weight training because it's hard to have that amount of energy on the road when you're not sleeping well,” she says.
