A mother tugged at the heartstrings of her 10-month old baby girl when she serenaded her with a cover of by Sara Evans’ “My Heart Can’t Tell You No” (originally recorded by Rod Stewart). The way the infant responds to the song is incredible – it’s almost like she understands the lyrics.
