Introducing… Courtney Cole: Part 2
“Being out with Miranda Lambert was probably the best experience I’ve had to date in my life,” Cole told Sounds Like Nashville.
Country music newcomer Courtney Cole spent much of last year out on the road, touring the country and bringing her music to a slew of new fans. Some of the new fans were made during the time she spent opening for Miranda Lambert’s Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars Tour.
“Being out with Miranda Lambert was probably the best experience I’ve had to date in my life,” Cole told Sounds Like Nashville. “She has been a huge inspiration to me and every night I was just out in the front jamming. And you know, she’s just so real and she’s so down to earth. She’s so strong and she’s so committed to her craft.”
The experience allowed Cole to not only learn from her hero, but also get up close and personal with her new fans.
“As much as I love performing, it’s my favorite thing in the whole world, there’s nothing like the meet-and-greets after the fact of just spending one-on-one time with the fans. There’s nothing like being able to just hug them and say thank you so much for listening, thank you so much for being a fan for the last several years.”
