Country star Jake Owen is set to cap a special “Kickoff Party” for the NFL’s Tennessee Titans on August 3, welcoming a new season of football at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium.

Presented by Pinnacle, the party will feature free admission and is open to the public, with the Titans taking the field for a training-camp practice and Owen’s concert wrapping things up. A fireworks show will also be included, and Titans Head Coach Mike Vrabel says he’s hoping the team will be ready for a full scrimmage. It’s the first time the Titans have hosted a pre-season event like this, and fans are also invited to eight more practice sessions between July 27 – August 15.

Gates for the Kickoff Party open at 4 p.m. August 3, with the practice set for 6-8 p.m. and Owen’s concert expected to finish up at 10 p.m. No tickets are required, and parking at the stadium will also be free.

The move follows a huge turnout for the 2019 NFL Draft, which took place in downtown Nashville this spring, and a successful offseason event in 2018 which found Florida Georgia Line performing on Lower Broadway to help unveil the Titan’s latest uniform update. The 2019 – 2020 NFL season gets underway with the Hall of Fame Game on August 1, with the Denver Broncos taking on the Atlanta Falcons. Owen’s new single is the small-town repping “Homemade.”
