Jake Owen Weds Lacey Buchanan in Intimate Beach Wedding

“I’m looking forward to being a husband, someone his wife relies and leans on,” Owen told People.
“He gives me so much love, that it’s the best place of my life, and having the commitment of marriage means everything,” Buchanan added.
According to the report, Lacey donned an Amsale gown and veil and Jake sported a white linen Armani shirt and Tommy Bahama drawstring pants. They were both barefoot on the beach as they said ‘I do’ while the sun rose above the Atlantic Ocean.
“That was my idea, because it’s symbolic of the dawn of a new day and starting our new life together,” Owen said.
The couple plans to honeymoon before Jake heads out on tour with superstars Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw on June 2.
We had a hunch this was coming soon. As we reported on Friday, the couple recently applied for a marriage license in Indian River County. Jake popped the question on April 7 while on stage at his annual charity concert in his hometown of Vero Beach, FL. Buchanan happily accepted.
