Just as many holiday lovers wish for every year, Jerrod Niemann is getting his hopes up for a white Christmas while singing along on the classic song, “Winter Wonderland.”
Contributing the title track to a multi-artist festive album called Winter Wonderland, Niemann explores the snowy outdoors in the new music video, premiered exclusively by Sounds Like Nashville. Surrounded by frosted fir trees and twinkling lights, the country singer gets into the jolly spirit by playfully chiming in on the well-loved lyrics.
Rather than opt for a twangy twist of the carol, Niemann vibes with a more 50s bluesy rendition of “Winter Wonderland,” adding a couple of doo-wop scats across the instrumental bridge and a little yell of delight over the joyful season.
Niemann is just one of the featured country voices on the Winter Wonderland album, joining artists like Rodney Atkins, Dylan Scott, Lee Brice, Kenny Rogers & Wynonna, Tim McGraw, Hank Williams Jr. and a handful of others.
