Jimmie Allen Marries Fiancée Alexis Gale
Congrats to the newlyweds!
Jimmie Allen has officially tied the knot with fiancée Alexis Gale! The two were married Thursday evening (5/27), PEOPLE confirmed. According to photos posted to social media, a few of Allen’s country music buddies were in attendance, including Darius Rucker, Tyler Rich and wife Sabina Gadecki-Rich, and Chuck Wicks and wife Kasi Rosa Wicks (Jason Aldean’s sister). Wicks shared a funny, slow-motion video from the occasion showing himself, Rucker and Rich standing in their formal attire at the venue.
“Just a few guys watching @jimmieallen get married… let’s GO!!! We were a little disappointed we didn’t make the best man list,” wrote Wicks.
Gadecki-Rich also posted a few snaps from the occasion, including a photo of the three men as well as photos of herself with Rich and Kasi. People also shared photos of the wedding from the Instagram stories of Gadecki-Rich and Gale, which showed more details from the wedding and photo booth pictures.
Allen and Gale, who are both from Milton, Delaware, met through Allen’s cousin’s wife and began dating in 2019. Allen proposed to Gale in summer 2019 at Disney World.
“With Alexis being from my hometown, it is like always having a piece of home with me. We had an immediate connection,” the singer told PEOPLE of their relationship. “It was like we’d always known each other.”
Jimmie Allen and Alexis Gale were set to be married last year, but pushed the date back due to the pandemic. However, they did receive another gift last year with the birth of their daughter, Naomi Bettie, in March 2020. Naomi joins Allen’s 7-year-old son, Aadyn.
