Country singer Jimmie Allen continues to win over viewers on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars, where the “Freedom Was a Highway” singer has made the cut to continue on for another week. He and professional partner Emma advanced after two nights of Disney-themed dancing.

First up was Monday’s “Disney Heroes” show (October 11), where Allen and Emma delivered a rousing Paso Doble to Mulan’s “I’ll Make A Man Out of You.” Full of spins and dips and almost recreating a fight scene from the inspiring film, judges gave the pair a 32 out of 40 — and Allen called the night “magical.”

But the magic wasn’t over, as it seemed to last through Tuesday (October 12) as well.

Dancing the jazz to Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guys,” Allen and Emma returned to the stage dressed as Captain Hook and Tinkerbell from Peter Pan on “Disney Villains” night, thrilling the crowd with a sinister vibe perfect for the lead-in to Halloween.

The in-studio crowd loved it, and so did the judges, who gave Jimmie Allen and Emma a score of 35. It was enough to keep them in the running for another week and keep Allen’s Mirrorball Trophy hopes alive, after contestants Brian Austin Green and Matt James were eliminated.

Find out how Allen does next week with Dancing With the StarsGrease-themed show, which airs Monday on ABC at 8PM ET.
