Jon Langston and Girlfriend Welcome Daughter, Magnolia Mae
What an adorable name!
Another country star is joining the ranks of fatherhood as Jon Langston welcomed his first child into the world.
The country singer made the big life announcement on Instagram early Sunday morning (November 1) with a few precious pictures of his newborn, Magnolia Mae. Langston lovingly held his little girl in one of the photos, showing their instant connection as father and daughter.

“Welcome to this crazy world but you just made it more beautiful. You are the most precious, greatest gift. I’m so thankful the Lord chose me to be your dad and that you and your strong, amazing momma are well and healthy,” Langston wrote about the special celebration.
He also dedicated a Bible verse to Magnolia in the post, and expressed how excited he is to be the father he has always dreamed of being.
“I didn’t know I could love so much but now I know what my dad meant when he said, I will understand when I have my first born. I can’t wait to teach you about music, the outdoors and Jesus. Numbers 6:24-25 “May the Lord bless you, keep you and make his face shine upon you” my sweet Maggie Mae,” he said.

Langston first announced the news that he and his girlfriend were expecting last month in a sweet pumpkin post. He also shared a photo of the happy couple a week ago, showing that Sonia was pretty far along in the pregnancy.
It’s been a big week for Langston as he not only became a father for the first time, but also released his new song, “Happy Ever After.” Fans can stream the track now.
