Kane Brown is the latest country star to be featured in a continent spanning drive-in concert event, set for a one-night-only show on September 26.

Following in the footsteps of Garth Brooks, Blake Shelton and more before him, Brown’s “concert” is actually a pre-recorded performance film that will be shown on outdoor screens across the U.S. and Canada. But as part of the Encore Live series, the performances have never been seen before and are made to feel as much like an actual concert as possible, and fans have jumped at the chance for any kind of live-music experience.

“We are so humbled by fans’ response to Encore Drive-In Nights following the recent success of our Metallica and Blake Shelton events,” says Walter Kinzie, chief executive of Encore Live. “We are excited that Kane Brown, who is such a great artist, has joined our initiative. Our team has been working incredibly hard to provide people with fun and safe enjoyment this year and so far we’ve entertained more than 750,000 fans all over North America.”

The concerts will continue to follow COVID-19 safety guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control, and tickets go on sale September 10. Each ticket allows up to six people per vehicle to enter, and participating venues can be found at encorenights.com. Brown’s latest country single, “Cool Again,” is inside the Top 5 at radio, and “Be Like That” collab with Swae Lee and Khalid is also out. He’s set to perform his charity fundraising “Worldwide Beautiful” on the ACM Awards September 16.
