Katie Armiger Releases Music Video For ‘Safe’

Katie Armiger

2013 was a career year for singer Katie Armiger, but for our nation, 2013 brought about many hard times. From the many natural disasters, to the heart-breaking school shootings, one constant has remained: each city in need was met first by the brave, strong, and comforting hands of our nations first responders. Armiger decided to make a difference; to encourage all of us to take a moment to give back and say thank you. To accomplish this, Armiger has dedicated her single, “Safe,” to those who have bravely sacrificed and has launched an awareness campaign called Project Feel Safe to honor our nation’s first responders.

Armiger partnered with famed viral video director Justin Baldoni (My Last Days: Meet Zach Sobiech,” over 10 million views and “The Proposal,” over 7 million views) and the Long Beach Fire Department to create a dramatic music video depicting the sacrifices of our first responders and the families who love them. The video will invite viewers to visit the campaigns website at YouMakeMeFeelSafe.com to give thanks and share their support for the brave men and women in their community.

Using #projectfeelsafe, please give thanks for the first responders in your area by sharing your messages of support, personal stories and photos on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Together we can make sure those that sacrifice so much to keep us safe are not forgotten.

Having already visited the Boston FD, Moore, Oklahoma FD, Lindenhurst, New York FD, and Union Beach, New Jersey FD, throughout 2014 Katie Armiger will continue the Project Feel Safe Tour, visiting fire stations across the country and personally thanking first responders and their families. Their heroic personal stories from this tour will be shared on the Project Feel Safe campaigns website at YouMakeMeFeelSafe.com.
