Keith Urban Honored To Be Included In CMA Entertainer Of The Year Category

Keith Urban, who took home the award for CMA Entertainer of the Year in 2005, says it’s an “awesome feeling” to be included in the list of nominees for CMA Entertainer of the Year.

“[There’s] such a big move-in of new talent [with] Zac Brown Band and Miranda Lambert making great records,” Urban says of his fellow nominees. “It’s an awesome feeling [because] now more than ever, it seems to me this year just to be nominated is like an award. It’s a tight little category, and there’s an enormous amount of people who didn’t make that category who are absolutely worthy of those awards, too.”

Other Entertainer of the Year nominees include Lady Antebellum and Brad Paisley.
