Phil Vassar and Kellie Pickler Unite for Christmas Single and Tour

Phil Vassar and Kellie Pickler will spread holiday cheer this Christmas season with a new Christmas song and 13-city holiday tour.

“I absolutely love Kellie, and am so excited to go on tour with her,” shares Vassar, who has embarked on a holiday tour every year since 2009. “She is an amazingly talented lady and everyone who comes to our show this holiday season is going to be in for a fun time!”

In honor of the announcement, the two have also teamed up to record an original Christmas song called “The Naughty List,” written by Vassar and Juliana Songs. The track will be released this holiday season.

A Christmas Tour kicks off Friday, Nov. 24 in Wheeling, West Virginia and will make 13 stops around the U.S. before Christmas Eve.

“So excited that Phil and I are hitting the road together this Christmas season,” shared Pickler. “Being able to tour with Phil is an amazing honor…he’s an incredibly talented artist.  We’re both looking forward to spreading as much cheer as we can this holiday season!”

Vassar released his first Christmas album, Noel, in 2011. It included both holiday favorites—such as “Away in a Manger”—and fun Christmas originals. Pickler’s 2007 version of “Santa Baby” has been a fan-favorite since its release. In 2015, she released a melancholy look back at her favorite Christmas memories from her childhood with “My Christmas Caroline.” Pickler has even spent five Christmas holidays performing overseas for our servicemen and women.

Fans can celebrate Christmas in July by purchasing tickets for A Christmas Tour when they go on sale Friday, July 28.
