Pop superstar and country music fan Kelly Clarkson has a special performance planned for the March 7 ACM Awards, announcing a can’t miss tribute to the night’s iconic host, Dolly Parton.

Confirming the news on The Kelly Clarkson Show Wednesday (Feburary 23), Clarkson did not provide much detail about the performance, saying only that she’s excited to be included, but it will surely be one of the night’s highlights. A vocal icon in her own right, Clarkson has appeared on the ACM Awards five times before this year, but her 2022 performance comes as a surprise.

One day before, organizers revealed most of the remaining field of performers, including Parton and hit maker Carrie Underwood. With more than 20 performances planned, others joining Parton and Underwood will be Brittney Spencer, Brothers Osborne, Chris Young, Kelsea Ballerini, Eric Church, Gabby Barrett, Jason Aldean, Jimmie Allen, Jordan Davis, Kane Brown, Luke Bryan, and Mitchell Tenpenny, and more previously announced.

Those previously announced performers include Walker Hayes, Maren Morris, Thomas Rhett, Chris Stapleton, Parmalee and Blanco Brown featuring Brooke Eden (“Just The Way”), Carly Pearce and Ashley McBryde (“Never Wanted to Be That Girl”), and Breakthrough Artist for Amazon Music, BRELAND (“Praise The Lord”).

Check out the full list of nominees for the 57th annual ACM Awards here, and make sure to catch the show on Prime Video, March 7 at 8 p.m. ET. This year marks the first major country awards show in history to air exclusively as a live stream.
