Kip Moore Cracks Open Details of Bud Light Dive Bar Tour
He's also extending his Room to Spare: Acoustic Tour.
“More Girls Like You” star Kip Moore will be the next artist to open a tab on the popular Bud Light Dive Bar Tour series, with six dates on tap this August.
Set to kick off in Detroit on August 15, Moore’s Bud Light Dive Bar Tour will visit half a dozen tiny, hole-in-the-wall hangs across the Midwest and Great Lakes region. Cleveland, Cincinatti and Indianapolis are all on the menu, along with Chicago and Madison, Wisconsin, where the short run with wrap on August 23.

“Connecting with people through our live show brings me pure joy,” Moore says in a statement. “I’m really looking forward to the Bud Light Dive Bar dates as it will take us back to where we started and where our journey began. It also gives us the opportunity to get a little wild with the show. Then we’ll be able to strip it back down this fall with the next leg of acoustic dates. The rapport we’ve felt with the crowds through the acoustic shows has been really special and I’m so glad the fans are enjoying it and we get to bring it to even more cities.”
The Bud Light Dive Bar Tour has earned a reputation for bringing the biggest artists back to their roots through intimate barroom gigs, with big names like Lady Gaga, Post Malone, John Mayer, Brett Eldredge and more taking part in the past. Meanwhile, Moore has also decided to extend his Room to Spare: Acoustic Tour, announcing a third leg after his first two sold out in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. The new acoustic dates start October 10 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with almost 20 concerts planned from coast to coast. Tucker Beathard, Devin Dawson and Kylie Morgan will be along for the ride on select dates, and tickets go on sale July 26 at 10 a.m. local time.
