Rather than get caught up in the lights and craziness that tends to surround Las Vegas, Kip Moore wanted to do something special to commemorate the upcoming ACM Awards by inviting one devoted fan out to the experience.

Inspired to take the initiative after putting out the video for his single, “Last Shot,” Moore partnered with Make-a-Wish to do something kind for a 15-year-old girl named Sydney, who has been dealing with a critical disease since birth, for being such a strong fighter with her illness.

Moore reached out to Sydney via FaceTime to grant her Make-a-Wish dream by asking her to attend his concert before the awards ceremony on Friday night for a backstage look at the country music world. Sydney immediately accepted the offer, and looked completely excited to have the opportunity to hang out with Moore before watching him rock out for the ACM Party for a Cause event.

The country singer even hinted at the possibility of more surprises along the way for Sydney, once he gets the whole time arranged with his friends in the industry.

Make-a-Wish creates incredible memories for kids dealing with life-threatening illnesses by taking the one thing they would love to do in life and giving them the chance to live out their dreams. Moore worked together with the philanthropic foundation by going through the Adopt-a-Wish method, allowing for more direct access to the imaginative opportunities asked upon by the courageous patients.

ACM’s Party for a Cause will host multiple concerts all around the city leading up to the 53rd Annual ACM Awards, which will be held in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 15. Fans can catch the broadcast of the ceremony at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
