Kristen Kelly Ready for Brad Paisley’s Pranks
Kristen Kelly’s career is off to a great start. Not only did she make Country Aircheck history when her debut single “Ex-Old Man” was released to country radio, she recently hit the road with country superstar Brad Paisley on his ‘Virtual Reality World Tour.’
We all know Paisley is known for pulling creative pranks on his tourmates. Kristen does too, and she says she’s ready for whatever he throws at her. In fact, she and her tour manager have already been speculating about what Paisley might have up his sleeve.
“He said something earlier about how funny would that be if Brad put a bunch of old men on the stage when you’re singing ‘Ex-Old Man,’ she explains. “You know, I’m prepared to get punked. Bring it on. It’s part of what I do. It’s part of what Brad does.”
While she is ready for a prank, she warns that he’s also ready to strike back.
“I will say, I’m also prepared to punk back. I have no plan — no game plan — but I’m prepared. I’m up for the challenge.”
