Lady Antebellum took part in CMT Celebrates Our Heroes, which is honoring the frontline workers who are still working during the pandemic. The special is including workers from many categories, with Lady Antebellum shining a light on delivery drivers through their song, “Champagne Night.”

“We’re honored to be a part of this salute to the heroes tonight,” said the group’s Hillary Scott prior to their performance. “We’re so incredibly grateful to all the men and women who are out there risking their lives for the rest of us, and we want to send a special shout out tonight to all the delivery drivers who are working day and night bringing people food and supplies. We love you and we thank you. Tonight, our hope is to give you all a chance to let loose for a minute. This song is all about finding moments of joy, no matter where you might be, even stuck inside your own house.”

The trio and their band, who were all in different places while self-isolating, then launched into feel-good tune as each member appeared on and off the screen.

Lady Antebellum are among many artists and celebrities who appeared on the special to honor frontline workers. Other artists include Reba McEntire, Kelsea Ballerini, Brothers Osborne and more. The show honored workers from multiple categories, including Healthcare, Education, Business, Community Leaders, Food Industry, Infrastructure, First Responders and US Military. The special is in place of the CMT Artists Of The Year, which normally airs this time of year. To find out how you can help, click here.
