Lady Antebellum & Patty Griffin Will Honor Neil Young

Lady Antebellum and Patty Griffin have been added to the lineup for the 2010 MusiCares Person of the Year concert honoring Neil Young. Previously announced performers include John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews, and Josh Groban. The concert will take place in Los Angeles on January 29.
