LeAnn Rimes & Trace Adkins Turned Down ‘Dancing With The Stars’

Country music has seen it’s share of artists participate on Dancing With The StarsSara Evans, and now this season with Jewel, Chuck Wicks, and DWTS pro, Julianne Hough – and now we find out that LeAnn Rimes & Trace Adkins have both actually turned down an offer from the show.

According to GAC, LeAnn has been offered a spot on the show for the last 3 seasons but hasn’t been able to participate because of scheduling conflicts. “They've asked for the last three years, but I haven't had the time. That's a true commitment and a big workout. I would love to do it, but we'll see. Maybe one day, that would be fun.”

When it comes to Trace Adkins, he’s a little less enthusiastic about the possibility of being a dancer. He says “I've turned down 'Dancing With The Stars.’ I'm not gonna do that, just not gonna do it. I'm not gonna humiliate myself just to be on television.”

The new season of DWTS kicks off on March 9.
