Ouch! Lindsay Ell Shares X-Ray of Broken Foot

Lindsay Ell sustained a bit of an injury recently and revealed the news with a photo of her laying on a table at the doctor’s office. The photo showed her with her right foot out, revealing that she broke it, and she also shared the x-ray photo showing her bone out of place.
“When your Saturday becomes a little more eventful….. If a broken [bone] x-ray grosses you out DONT SWIPE LEFT.”
Ell has not yet shared what caused her to break her foot, but she is looking on the bright side. On Sunday, she posted a video poking fun at her mishap and being grateful for the fact that she thought to get a pedicure right before the injury.
“Sometimes people ask me, ‘Lindsay, how do you know that God is real?’ And I’m like, ‘It’s moments when I feel an overwhelming urge to go get a pedicure the day before I break my foot,” she said, before turning the camera to her cast and her painted toenails.
Prior to her injury, Ell played at the Gulf Coast Jam in Panama City Beach, FL. Ell also recently announced that she’ll be joining Blake Shelton’s Friends and Heroes Tour this year, which kicks off August 18th in Omaha, Nebraska.
“After not touring for a long time, it truly makes it so special to say we will be GOING ON TOUR WITH @blakeshelton THIS SUMMER and I couldn’t be more excited,” she wrote in her announcement on May 19th.
