Little Big Town, Thomas Rhett and Others Sign on For ‘The Disney Family Singalong’

Little Big Town, Thomas Rhett, Bobby Bones and more have signed on for a music-filled special airing on ABC. The Disney Family Singalong, hosted by Ryan Seacrest, will air on Thursday, April 16 and invites families around the country to join together in their homes and singalong with many of Disney’s biggest classics.
“If there’s something that we’ve all learned in the past few weeks, it’s to cherish every moment and the importance of connection, whether through laughter, stories or music. We hope that we can help create some new unforgettable moments in everyone’s home in a way that only the magic of Disney can,” said Karey Burke, president, ABC Entertainment.
The special will also feature at home performances and appearances by Christina Aguilera, Erin Andrews, Michael Bublé, Kristin Chenoweth, Auliʻi Cravalho, Luke Evans, Jordan Fisher, Josh Gad, Derek Hough, Julianne Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba, Kenny Ortega, Donny Osmond, Amber Riley, John Stamos, and many more from across the Disney properties. Additional guests and performances to be announced soon.
In a preview, the Disney company revealed that songs featured will include songs from Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Toy Story, Moana, Frozen and High School Musical. An animated character will also appear on screen to guide viewers along with the lyrics.
