Little Big Town’s Kimberly Schlapman Shares Video of Her Daughter’s Sweet Serenade
Like mother, like daughter!
It looks like the apple did not fall far from the tree, as Kimberly Schlapman shared an adorable video of her oldest daughter singing on Instagram.
The Little Big Town singer posted a clip of her daughter, Daisy, singing a bit of the hymn, “Amazing Grace,” for her little sister. Daisy belted out the meaningful lyrics with such effortlessness, with a beautiful tone just like her mom.
Schlapman mentioned Daisy always makes these videos for her sister, Dolly, when they are away from one another for the night. The singer added, “Sometimes she tells a story, sometimes she reads a book, and sometimes she sings a song.
Like the proud mother she is, Schlapman went on to explain in her post that, “The genuine spirit she sings with brings this mama to tears everytime.”
The mother-daughter bonding happens a lot in Schlapman’s household as she regularly posts Instagram videos of her and Daisy cooking delicious recipes in the kitchen. Even Dolly has made a cameo when the three of them teamed up to make Lucky Charms marshmallow treats.
Meanwhile, Little Big Town is continuing to be creative with the recent release of their book, ‘Nightfall.’ The collection of pictures and lyrics documents the process of building an album from scratch and the inspiration behind their album with the same name, that was released in January 2020.
