Coming off the heels of an impressive third album, country duo LOCASH announced their new full-length album Brothers, which is their first project with Wheelhouse Records, will drop March 29.

The title is inspired by the indescribable chemistry between members Preston Brust and Chris Lucas, and it was also based on their goal of bringing people together. The duo put the album together hoping to show the world that even if it’s not by blood, everybody has a connection.

“We’ve all seen our share of sunshine and rain, and in order to get through it all, we need to lean on each other,” Lucas said in a press release. “This album is all about recognizing that brotherhood and bringing people together.”

The upcoming album will consist of upbeat feel-good songs and have an overall neighborly sentiment.

“We wanted to create music that folks can just get lost in for a minute, put their struggles and differences aside and just enjoy the moment,” Brust said. “We wanted ‘Brothers’ to almost be a soundtrack to those standout moments in life where everybody is enjoying life to the fullest.”

LOCASH gave fans a first taste with the record’s lead single “Feels Like A Party,” a lively party anthem. Co-written by Brust, Lucas and Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard, the track debuted at country radio in the fall of 2018 as the No. 1 most added song.

The duo will perform live at the New England Patriots Official Fan Rally at Centennial Olympic Park on Saturday at noon.
