Luke Bryan Debuts At No. 2 With “Doin’ My Thing”

Luke Bryan’s sophomore album, Doin’ My Thing, debuted at No.2 on the country albums charts and No.6 on the all-genre Billboard 200 charts, with sales of more than 57,000! This more than doubled the first week sales of his debut album, I'll Stay Me, in 2007 proving that his hard work to expand his fan base is paying off.

“I am completely blown away by the fan support,” said Luke Bryan. “I went into making this record hoping to show real growth as an artist and I hope I have accomplished that! This is a real great day for me and everyone who has worked so hard!”

“Do I”, the album's lead single is currently sitting at No.9, but still climbing, on both Billboard and Mediabase charts. Luke has been on an intense 9 day, 9 city tour to promote the release of his album including Statesboro, GA; Leesburg, GA; Charlotte, NC; Greenville, SC; Tampa, FL; Atlanta, GA; Augusta, GA; Chicago, IL and he wraps it up tonight in Minneapolis, MN.
