Luke Bryan Assists Police While on Beach Vacation

Have no fear, Luke Bryan is here!

During his time off from the road, Bryan took a vacation down in Florida and witnessed a local law enforcement truck get stuck on the shore. Rather than just let it be, the “Kick the Dust Up” singer did just that by using a board to assist in the rescue effort.

Jake Jones, who was also visiting the beach at the time of the incident, posted some pictures of Bryan’s act of kindness to his Twitter. Like anyone, Jones was just as shocked to see the country superstar lending a helping hand during his vacation.

“It’s not every day you pull out a Sheriff truck on the beach with @LukeBryanOnline. #onceinalifetime #goodtimes,” he tweeted with the pictures.

It seems like Bryan has become quite attached to the Florida community as he and business partner Paul Copeland recently opened a cigar shop in the area called Shore Thing Cigars.

Copeland and Bryan became buddies after Bryan started visiting Copeland’s smoke shop in Nashville. The two started fishing together and they decided to open up their own cigar shop down in the Sunshine State.

“This is similar to my place in Nashville, but with more of a Florida feel,” said Copeland, who owns a shop in Music City.

Bryan heads back out on the road for the Kill the Lights Tour today with a show in Southaven, Mississippi.
