Last night (6/21), numerous country artists gathered in Orlando to play a benefit concert for the victims and families of last week’s horrific shooting at Pulse Nightclub.

In partnership with Orlando’s K92FM, Cole Swindell, Parmalee, Easton Corbin, Billy CurringtonJerrod Niemann, Tyler Farr, Maddie & TaeCanaan Smith, and Michael Ray performed at the sold-out show held in the CFE Arena at the University of Central Florida to help raise money for the OneOrlando Fund.

During their set last night, Maddie & Tae sang their song “After the Storm Blows Through” and dedicated it to everyone affected by the tragic shooting.

“We feel for y’all. We’ve been sending so many prayers to you guys through all this craziness that is going on,” said the duo’s Maddie Marlow. “But I have to say… I feel like music really heals and that’s why we’re here tonight. To be together and I have to say, I am so proud to be in a country where we all come together in tragedy. So thank you so much for being so strong and we wrote this song for times just like these. Orlando, this is for you.”

All proceeds from the concert’s ticket sales and parking fees will go directly to those affected by the shooting at the Pulse Nightclub.
