Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd Live the Honeymoon Dream in Bora Bora
Both Morris and Hurd spend their time together at the hut soaking up the sun and drinking a few bottles of beer while making their island escape.
Life’s a beach for Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd ever since they ditched the States for some rest and relaxation on the islands of Bora Bora.
The couple headed straight to their great escape after exchanging vows to enjoy some quality alone time during their brief break from music. While Morris has soaked in the sun during their tropical getaway, Hurd caught on with the boat schedule and makes sure to wave hello to the vessel he named “Smiley,” according to his Instagram stories.

Regardless of their vacation plans, the newlyweds can’t get enough of each other as they share photos with fans of their swimsuit-clad adventures sipping on a few cold ones and diving head first into the crystal-clear ocean. Every snapshot they post onto their channels looks like a dream brought to life, with the over-water huts set as the ultimate destination to forget about the small stresses of the world for a bit.
Morris and Hurd tied the knot on March 24 during an intimate ceremony surrounded by their families from Texas and Michigan, as well as some industry friends in and outside of Nashville. The couple shared a number of adorable wedding photos on their social media accounts as well, including when they danced down the aisle to Wilson Phillips’ song, “Hold On,” and Pancake the bulldog making his nuptial appearance.

After the two head back stateside, they’ll hop on another flight to go to the ACM Awards as Morris was nominated for a few categories. The 53rd Annual ACM Awards will air live from Las Vegas on Sunday, April 15, at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
