Martina McBride, Lee Ann Womack Added to Kris Kristofferson Tribute Concert
Toby Keith, Hank Williams Jr., Martina McBride, Jennifer Nettles, Lee Ann Womack and Jack Ingram have joined the already star-studded lineup scheduled to honor the legendary singer-songwriter-actor.
The lineup for “The Life & Songs of Kris Kristofferson” just got a whole lot bigger!
Toby Keith, Hank Williams Jr., Martina McBride, Jennifer Nettles, Lee Ann Womack and Jack Ingram have joined the already star-studded lineup scheduled to honor the legendary singer-songwriter-actor.
“Kris and his songs mean everything to music artists and fans alike. They have inspired us to remain true to ourselves in every possible way. The addition of these incredible artists to this lineup is a testament to that,” said the creator and executive producer, Keith Wortman. “This is an experience everyone will want to be a part of.”
Previously announced performers include Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, Ryan Bingham, Rosanne Cash, Eric Church, Emmylou Harris, Jamey Johnson, Willie Nelson, Darius Rucker, Trisha Yearwood and Kris Kristofferson himself. Kristofferson will also collaborate with several music stars throughout the evening for once-in-a-lifetime moments.
The event, which will be taped, will take place at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, March 16. Tickets are available through ticketmaster.com.
