Miley Cyrus and Sister Noah Sing Lizzie McGuire Movie Theme After Meeting Star of Film

Hey now, hey now, this is what dreams are made of now that Miley Cyrus and her little sister, Noah, finally channeled their Disney Channel beginnings by singing the huge hit from The Lizzie McGuire Movie on Snapchat.

The two found inspiration to cover “What Dreams Are Made Of (Hey Now)” after running into one of the main actors from the film. The two Tennessee natives introduced themselves to Yani Gellman, whose character named Paolo despicably lied and conned Lizzie McGuire during her trip to Rome during the plot of the movie. Like many other fans of the film, the two snapped a picture with Gellman and even captioned the photo with the famous ‘Sing to me, Paolo’ line.

Meeting the villain of The Lizzie McGuire Movie revved them up so much that the sisters belted out their own rendition of the film’s finale performance over social media. Just like many fans of the 2003 flick, they knew every word and sang at the top of their lungs to celebrate seeing Paolo in person.

Although both Miley and Noah hold titles as pop artists, they embrace their country roots within many of their songs. Even Miley discusses on a regular basis that her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, influenced a lot of her latest album, Younger Now, and that she always relies on the advice from godmother Dolly Parton for getting through life.
