Miranda Lambert delivered a fitting, Vegas-style review of some of her fan-favorite hits at the 54th ACM Awards. Taking the stage early in the night’s ceremony, she powered through five songs in just a few high-energy minutes.

Dressed sleek and stunning in a midriff-baring black jumpsuit, Lambert sampled tracks from the entirety of her career – which has already made her the most awarded female artist in ACM history. She started things off with a potent take on 2005’s “Kerosene,” and then transitioned seamlessly into the fiery “Gunpowder & Lead” – a double-Platinum smash from 2008 and Lambert’s first trip into country radio’s Top 10.

Next up, she skipped ahead to the grooving, tough-as-nails “Mama’s Broken Heart,” wringing every ounce of badass scorn from the 2013 triple-platinum track. “White Liar” showed off her soaring vocal range, going back in time just a bit to 2009, and finally the sass-filled “Little Red Wagon” pulled the performance to a close. That’s a lot of top-flight country music, and the night was just getting started.

Lambert will hit the road in September for her Roadside Bars and Pink Guitars Tour, which will feature appearances by Maren Morris, The Pistol Annies, Elle King, Ashley McBryde, Tenille Townes and Caylee Hammack.

The 2019 ACM Awards, hosted by Reba McEntire, are airing live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas tonight on CBS.
