Miranda Lambert and Little Big Town Plot Co-Headlining Bandwagon Tour
Who's up for a two-for-one country concert?
Two of country’s elite acts are joining forces for a rare co-headlining tour this spring, as Miranda Lambert and Little Big Town announce The Bandwagon Tour.
Featuring a short blast of 15 dates in all, The Bandwagon Tour is a reparisal of a tag-team run of the same name in 2018, Lambert has welcomed the news by proclaiming the original one of her all time favorites.
“The Bandwagon Tour with Little Big Town is BACK. This is one of the most fun tours I’ve ever done,” Lambert wrote on Instagram Friday (January 7). “See y’all for round two!”
For their part Little Big Town echoed the sentiment, calling Lambert a “dear friend” and saying they were happy to reunite when the shows begin May 6 in Houston, Texas. Featuring The Cadillac Three as support, the trek will take Lambert and the LBT foursome across the Eastern half of the United States and north into Canada, visiting cities like Tampa, Florida; Cincinnati, Ohio; Toronto, Ontario, Canada; and Wantagh, New York, before wrapping in Camden, New Jersey June 11.
Tickets for all dates except Houston go on sale Friday, January 14 at 10 a.m. local time, with seats for the Houston show becoming available January 21 at 10 a.m. local. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning the Tuesday ahead of each on sale date at 12 p.m. local time until Thursday at 10 p.m. local time, through the Citi Entertainment program.
After scoring a Grammy nomination for her collab album, The Marfa Tapes with Jack Ingram and Jon Randall, Miranda Lambert’s current single is “If I Was A Cowboy.” Little Big Town is the vocal quartet of Karen Fairchild, Jimi Westbrook, Kimberly Schlapman (read about her adoption story here) and Phillip Sweet, who are currently in the studio and expected to release their 10th album this year.
