Miranda Lambert Buys New Airstream Trailer With Husband
Time for Lambert to truly see the world.
Miranda Lambert and her husband Brendan are hitting the road in a brand new airstream trailer that they’ve named “The Sheriff.” Lambert shared photos and a video of the 2020 Airstream Globetrotter trailer on Instagram over the weekend. She explained that she bought the trailer so she can keep traveling, and maybe even see some sights for once, during the quarantine.
“When people ask me questions about all the traveling I’ve done, my answer is pretty much the same every time. ‘I’ve been everywhere but I haven’t seen much of anything,’” she writes. “I’ve been touring for 19 years and most times we just roll in, play our show, and roll to the next town. I’ve only gotten to spend some real time in a few of the places I’ve been.”

She continued, writing, “After spending these last few months at home (a much needed break and time to nest) I realized something. Just because I can’t travel and play shows doesn’t mean I can’t travel and make music. I have the most amazing travel companion, my husband , and we decided to add a family member.”
Lambert also added that while she has been collecting vintage trailer for years, this is the first new trailer she has ever bought, and she will be letting go of some of vintage trailers to make room for this one. She wrote that she is excited to continue writing music on the open road with her husband.
“I know that seeing the world through the windshield again will bring creative vibes,” she writes.
