Miranda Lambert has teased a music video for her calm-and-collected new single, “Settling Down,” offering clues about a clip co-starring her real life husband.

No specifics about the video are known just yet, but anticipation is building after the superstar posted a cinematic trailer online Sunday evening (October 18). It features Lambert in a flowing white and baby-blue gown atop a massive horse, as she gallops across the rolling hills of a country landscape. Other scenes feature heartwarming shots of the singer with her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, even though the couple usually stay out of the spotlight. And all the while the song’s lyrical hook, “Am I settling up, or settling down,” plays over delicate country instrumentation.

The video makes its premieres Wednesday (October 21) at 6 p.m. ET, as Lambert begins the push for her third single from the Wildcard album. All about the idea that happiness is what you make it, and love is an action word, the single follows the Number One success of “Bluebird,” and arrives alongside another, more personal milestone for Miranda Lambert.

It seems McLoughlin has officially joined Instagram, so fans will likely have some more insight into the country couple’s personal lives soon. Featuring three photos of the former New York City firefighter embracing his life with Lambert, McLoughlin describes his account as “City goes country” in its bio section.
