Morgan Evans Finds Proof That Soul Mates Exist in ‘Love Is Real’ Video

Morgan Evans captures the magic of true romance in the video for his single, “Love Is Real,” getting carried away by his own beating heart.
Directed by P. Tracy, the clip is full of mountains, a classic 4×4 and some fancy camera work — plus an actress who resembles Evans’ country star wife, Kelsea Ballerini — as the rising star finds proof that soul mates truly do exist.
Written by Evans with Jordan Reynolds and Parker Welling Nohe, “Love Is Real” features an upbeat, acoustic-pop sound and the Australian-born singer’s effervescent vocal, as he tributes the simple things which make the world go around.
Cruising through Colorado with a beautiful girl by his side, the video is enough to make you believe that fairy tale love is out there — and Evans has never been shy about sharing that belief in real life, either. The singer-songwriter and guitar phenom often posts photos and videos of he and Ballerini’s charmed life together, including recent trips to Disneyworld and Virginia Beach.
“And I could drive, your hand in mine / Oh, baby, we’ll go ’til we run outta road / And the rust runs out these wheels / The way I feel, I know I always will / I am yours, you are mine, love is real,” goes the heart-swelling chorus to “Love Is Real.”
“We had the best time shooting this in one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been … I hope it takes you there!” Evans wrote of the video.
Meanwhile, “Love Is Real” seems like it might be a real hit, too. The track recently spent nine straight weeks at the top of the Australian country radio chart, and is currently climbing the U.S. country airplay charts. It’s part of Evans’ upcoming EP, Country And The Coast Side A, which comes out Friday (October 29).
