Jessica Mack of CMT’s Music City is building a new future for herself…with her new husband!

The up-and-coming singer/songwriter said “I do” with Andreas Plackis during a romantic ceremony on August 25 at the Moss Mountain Farm in Roland, AR. The couple were surrounded by friends and family, including Mack’s castmates Rachyl Degman, Alisa Fuller, Alexandra Harper and Jackson Boyd.

“Best day of my life yet,” the bride posted to her Instagram. “It’s official — I’m MRS. PLACKIS! God is faithful always, and His timing is perfect. Dre and I both feel incredibly blessed and loved. A huge Thank You to @mossmountainfarm — this venue is seriously the most beautiful place ever! It was an honor to get married there!”

Mack first announced her engagement to Plackis in June, when she posted a series of photos showcasing her new 1.07 round-cut solitaire diamond ring. She revealed in a lengthy post that her now-husband set up a sweet treasure hunt that almost went awry.

“We went on a scavenger hunt to find clues that would lead me to a missing page in a book we have been writing back and forth in to each other since the beginning of the year,” Mack shared. “The clues pieced together formed a picture of Centennial Park. He took me out to this big tree and I started searching for the paper. After a good five minutes I gave up and asked for his help.”

She continued, “He turned me away from the tree and gave me the paper. He said count to three and do what the paper says. I count, I read and it says, ‘Turn around.’ When I turn around I see Dre pull out a ring box out of his pocket.”

After accepting his proposal, Mack and Plackis celebrated into the night with a surprise engagement party.

The couple will celebrate their union with a honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. They’ll likely also appear in the upcoming season of Music City, which will return in 2019.
