Another round of country performers has been added to a network television New Year’s Eve special which will shine a bright light on Music City.

Set for the final hours of 2021, CBS’ New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash will feature five hours of country music and some of the genre’s biggest names.

Hosted by radio and TV personality Bobby Bones and co-hosted by Entertainment Tonight’s Rachel Smith, the night is said to feature 50 back-to-back performances and cross multiple time zones, with special collaborations and celebrity guest appearances aplenty.

Newly announced performers (in alphabetical order) include Lady A, Ingrid Andress, BRELAND, King Calaway, Riley Green, Sam Hunt, Chris Janson, Jon Pardi, Carly Pearce and Lainey Wilson, and they’ll be joining a long list of previously announced stars to perform their own hits — and even cover some of your country favorites. The first round of performers was Jason Aldean, Jimmie Allen, Kelsea Ballerini, Gabby Barrett, Dierks Bentley, Brooks & Dunn, Luke Bryan, Elle King, Miranda Lambert, Darius Rucker, Blake Shelton, Cole Swindell and Zac Brown Band

Along with the music, the show will also highlight Nashville’s special way of ringing in the new year. After counting down with the East Coast at midnight, the party will keep going through midnight Central Time with the city’s renowned Music Note Drop — and who knows how long after that.

Tune in to New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash on CBS December 31 at 8 p.m. ET/PT to welcome 2022 in country style.
