After two wildly-successful seasons, Pickler & Ben has been dropped.

The E.W. Scripps Company announced that the show, hosted by Kellie Pickler and Ben Aaron, will end after its second season concludes this fall.

“We were really disappointed to have to announce that we were going to be sunsetting Pickler & Ben after season two,” said Scripps’ President of Local Media Brian Lawlor during a call about the company’s fourth quarter results (quote via The Tennessean). “We loved the show. Audiences loved the show.”

According to Scripps, long-term profitability concerns were the reason for its cancellation.
