Rascal Flatts’ Joe Don Rooney and Wife Welcome Baby Girl, Devon Olivia

And, baby makes five!

Congratulations to Rascal Flatts’ Joe Don Rooney and his wife Tiffany Fallon…The couple just welcomed their third child into the world!

Born at 7:01 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 29 and weighing in at 6 lbs., 11 oz., the little girl’s name is Devon Olivia. She joins siblings Jagger, 6, and Raquel, 4.

“We are so thrilled to finally become a party of five,” family tells PEOPLE. “Jagger and Raquel are so happy to be her big brother and big sister.”

The couple first announced the pregnancy back in March. “We are so thrilled and feel so blessed to bring another little angel into our world,” they said at the time.
