Rascal Flatts Lands Gig on the High Seas

Norwegian Cruise Line recently announced that country super group Rascal Flatts will perform a concert for passengers aboard the Norwegian Spirit on March 2, 2012 in Cozumel, Mexico. The stop is part of a seven-night Western Caribbean cruise that embarks from New Orleans on February 26. The Rascal Flatts concert will take place in the ship’s Stardust Theater, which seats only 899 guests.

The cruise line says that radio stations from across the U.S. and Canada will host contests to give away a cruise that includes tickets to the concert and a meet and greet with the trio.

Tickets to the concert will be available for $50 per person. A VIP package, that includes a photo with the band and a private cocktail reception is avilable for $150 per person.

The Norwegian Spirit will also make stops in Costa Maya, Mexico; Belize City, Belize; and Roatan, Honduras. A limited number of cabins are still available.
