Rascal Flatts played to sold out crowd of 37,000 on Saturday night at Chicago’s Wrigley Field. The Flatts were joined by Vince Gill and Darius Rucker for a four hour event. The Flatts became the first country act to perform at the historic venue.
We hear (from our Twitter friends) that it was an awesome show and that the guys played all of their hits and even invited Rucker out at the end of the show to join them for a few songs including, the Hootie & The Blowfish hit, “Hold My Hand” and “Life Is A Highway.” Vince Gill came back out to join Gary, Jay, and Joe Don in singing his hit, “Whenever You Come Around.”
If you weren’t there to experience the fun, all you had to do is follow Rascal Flatts’ Jay DeMarcus on Twitter. He was tweeting all night. His final tweet said, “What a night! Wrigley was the best… Thanks for sharing it with us…”
