Rascal Flatts Shake it Up for Vegas Residency

Rascal Flatts recently kicked off their Las Vegas residency at The Hard Rock Hotel’s The Joint, and they decided to do something different things with their biggest hits during the show.

“I think what we’ve done is, we’ve taken songs that have been really big hits for us and musically we’ve done somethin’ different,” Gary LeVox explained. “Put a new flavor on it.”

One example, LeVox revealed, was that they took out of some their background singers for the songs. He also said that they put this show together just for Vegas, so fans who catch them on tour this summer will see something different.

“Once we get done with our residency there we’ll come back and put together another show for the summer tour,” LeVox added.

The Vegas show features several fan favorites mixed with their newer stuff, and LeVox admitted, “It’s really been a blast puttin’ this Vegas show together.”

Craig Wayne Boyd, the winner of “The Voice” season 7, is opening the shows.
