Friday night (4/27) in Bensalem, PA, Reba McEntire proved exactly why she’s one of country music’s most notable stars. Taking the stage within the Parx Casino’s New XCite Center, the redheaded hitmaker dazzled fans with her flawless vocals and legendary songs.

The show launched with 2015’s “Going Out Like That,” with the set including many of her numerous hits. Her return to the Oil State was a meaningful one for the 63-year-old, who recalled the support she received from the region during the early days of her career.

“Back in the 80’s, Pennsylvania was the biggest state full of fans in my fan club. More than Texas and Oklahoma. Thank you for supporting me and country music for all these years,” she told the sold-out crowd. “Tonight, I have lots of stories to tell between songs, so sit back and relax and enjoy the songs.”

As the Oklahoma native paraded back and forth across the stage, the smile never left her face. Exchanging jokes with the crowd throughout the night, Reba highlighted her entertainer status and ability to connect with every member of the audience.

Her set continued with songs including “The Greatest Man I Never Knew,” “Back To God,” “Why Not Tonight,” “Turn On The Radio,” “The Night The Lights When Out In Georgia,” among others.

The show wasn’t over, however, until she returned for her encore of “Fancy” in a sparkling red dress.
